Sharing Faith! John 18

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3 – Jhn 18
l The Feast l

Sep 24_2012 John 18

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully Feast in John 18. I hope you all had a great weekend. Let's endeavor to move forward sharing God's Word and living a blameless life. We know that Jesus paid the full price for our sin. Does this mean we should breeze through this life in this world with no problems unscathed? Jesus made this very clear when Pilate questioned him about being a king of this world.;“36 Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world, my servants would have been fighting, that I might not be delivered over to the Jews. But my kingdom is not from the world.”” John 15:5, English Standard Version (ESV). So does this mean we don't care what happens on Earth until Jesus gathers us to his kingdom? I think not, we are at war with the rulers of this world. We need to be prepared to serve our awesome God. Our Lord Jesus Christ gave his life so that we would be able to love and serve him. “10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.” Ephesians 6:10-12 English Standard Version (ESV). God tells us to be strong as we stand with the Holy Spirit against the enemies of Jesus. Something that saints have been unwilling to do in recent years. I read about a man being arrested because as he read Romans out loud, a policeman felt he was personally being attacked. I read of a young schoolboy being humiliated for bowing his head to ask Jesus to bless his lunch. A few Atheist are responsible for getting Jesus name kicked out of prayer in the military. We can't post the ten commandments in courthouses in the U.S. I wonder why have we become so weak in our faith that we are afraid to stand up for our God? If we can't do anything else share the Feast. Then we may have some just workmen rightly dividing the Word of God. 14 Remind them of these things, and charge them before God not to quarrel about words, which does no good, but only ruins the hearers. 15 Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth.” 2 Timothy 2:14-15 ESV. We cannot present ourselves approved without prayer and studying in God's holy Word. All things are possible through our God. Through the Feast in God's word our faith grows. “16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed what he has heard from us?” 17 So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.” Romans 10:16-17 ESV. Please share the love of God, and share faith by sharing the word of God. Keep the first thing first! That is salvation through the blood of the lamb, Jesus. “Therefore do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God you may receive what is promised.” Hebrews 10:35-36 ESV. Let's keep sharing His love. Join us at http://www.admenu.com/am/praise.html for praise and prayer. I am not educated or a theologian so If I am wrong or mistaken please email me mlitew8@yahoo.com. I love prayerful correction and suggestions. To correspond with a pastor email Pastor Glen; evangelistglen@yahoo.com. If the Lord is willing I’ll send and post the Feast again tomorrow.

Dear Saints,

This weekend we prayerfully Feast in John 15, 16, and 17. As we go about this weekend start each day with prayer and feasting in God's Word. Keep the light burning as a beacon for those who are lost in the dark. “5 I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.” John 15:5, English Standard Version (ESV). Trust God as you go you have the comfort and guidance of the Holy Spirit. Through Him God will show you where to go and what to say. “13 When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come.” John 16:13 English Standard Version (ESV). As the disciples testified of Jesus, the Lord has forgiven our sin and gave us eternal life. As we go forth sharing the love of God, those that follow Him will have theirs sins forgiven and receive salvation. 20 “I do not ask for these only, but also for those who will believe in me through their word, 21 that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me. 22 The glory that you have given me I have given to them, that they may be one even as we are one, 23 I in them and you in me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that you sent me and loved them even as you loved me.” John 17:20-23 ESV. Saints we can boldly share the love of God. Rmember we are sealed with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit bares witness to Jesus' deity. “15 “If you love me, you will keep my commandments. 16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever, 17 even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you” John 14:15-17 ESV. Trust God who has sealed you with the Holy Spirit. Let our light shine as we continue to keep the first thing first! That is salvation through the blood of the lamb, Jesus. ““Be glad, O children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God, for he has given the early rain for your vindication; he has poured down for you abundant rain, the early and the latter rain, as before.” Joel 2:23 ESV. Who is Jesus? John 14

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3 – Jhn 14
l The Feast l

The Book of John
Sep 20_2012 John 14

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully Feast in John 14. Who is it we are following? Why do we follow Him? What are we worried about? “1 Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. 2 In my Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. 4 And you know the way to where I am going.” ” John 14:34-35, English Standard Version (ESV). The Saints know who Jesus is. They know he went to be with God the Father. He prepared a way for us and He prepares accommodations in heaven with Him. So who is this Savior, the son of God, the king, that He has the authority to forgive all sin? When we started our study or Feast in the book of John Jesus told us who he was;“1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7 He came as a witness, to bear witness about the light, that all might believe through him. 8 He was not the light, but came to bear witness about the light.

9 The true light, which gives light to everyone, was coming into the world. 10 He was in the world, and the world was made through him, yet the world did not know him. 11 He came to his own, and his own people did not receive him. 12 But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God, 13 who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.

14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. 15 (John bore witness about him, and cried out, “This was he of whom I said, ‘He who comes after me ranks before me, because he was before me.’”) 16 For from his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace. 17 For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. 18 No one has ever seen God; the only God, who is at the Father's side, he has made him known.” John 1:1-18 English Standard Version (ESV). We Feast on his Word daily. The Word of God declares He is God's Son the one and only way to salvation. 6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. 7 If you had known me, you would have known my Father also. From now on you do know him and have seen him.”” John 14:1-7 ESV. We are sealed with the Holy Spirit. Jesus we thank you for opening our eyes to your true identity. Let's continue to pray that God's will is done here on earth as it is in heaven. We have no need to wonder who Christ Jesus is because we have his Word. Continue to share God's love with our neighbors, as we wait for His return. “25 “These things I have spoken to you while I am still with you. 26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you. 27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.” John 14:25-27 ESV. Please continue to keep the first thing first! Love, really again? John 13

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3 – Jhn 13
l The Feast l

Sep 19_2012 John 13

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully Feast in John 13. Jesus set's an example for us in how we treat our relationship with one another. I know I say this a lot but it is very important that every saint knows this commandment. “34 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. 35 By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”” John 13:34-35, English Standard Version (ESV). This is important in our relationship with each other as well as our relationship with God. For the rest of today's Feast I'll repeat yesterday's Feast. “13 If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 3 If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing.

4 Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant 5 or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; 6 it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. 7 Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.” 1 Corinthians 13 English Standard Version (ESV), Some might think it redundant but I say it is important that each of us understands what God expects. The Way of Love. By love they shall know that Jesus has sent us. He sends us to share his love for God's creation. God says he loves the sinner so much that he sent his only begotten son, Jesus to pay the price for our sin. Again I'll say; “God's commandments doesn't save us from sin. Rather they point out our sin. The most important commandment of all testifies of a loving relationship with him. In it he also expects us to share that love in our relationship with our neighbors. 36 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?” 37 And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 38 This is the great and first commandment. 39 And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. 40 On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.”” John 10:9-11 ESV. Every aspect of our life should reflect our loving relationship with Jesus. Even our conversation which springs from our very thoughts should glorify God. “Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.” Ephesians 4:29 ESV. Please continue to keep the first thing first! That is salvation through the blood of the lamb, Jesus. Let's continue to walk in and share His love. Join us at http://www.admenu.com/am/praise.html for praise and prayer. I am not educated or a theologian so If I am wrong or mistaken please email me mlitew8@yahoo.com. Do it in? John 12

7th Year 11-12 Edition 3 – Jhn 12
l The Feast l

Sep 18_2012 John 12

Dear Saints,

Today we prayerfully Feast in John 12. Jesus came into our world to save us from ourselves. That is to say from our own sin. Does it seem like some times we are drifting without direction? In those times it is important to turn to Jesus. Jesus not only forgives our sin he also gives us light so that we can see where he directs us. “44 And Jesus cried out and said, “Whoever believes in me, believes not in me but in him who sent me. 45 And whoever sees me sees him who sent me. 46 I have come into the world as light, so that whoever believes in me may not remain in darkness. 47 If anyone hears my words and does not keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world. 48 The one who rejects me and does not receive my words has a judge; the word that I have spoken will judge him on the last day. 49 For I have not spoken on my own authority, but the Father who sent me has himself given me a commandment—what to say and what to speak. 50 And I know that his commandment is eternal life. What I say, therefore, I say as the Father has told me.”” John 12:44-50, English Standard Version (ESV). When you receive his direction you will share His love. Not only in words but also in deeds. People will know you are sincere because of the love you share for Jesus.

7 Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.” 1 Corinthians 13 English Standard Version (ESV), The Way of Love. By love they shall know that Jesus has sent us. He sends us to share his love for God's creation. God doesn't scream; “I want to condemn you to HELL, for your Sin!” Rather God says he loves the sinner so much that he sent his only begotten son, Jesus to pay the price for our sin. God's commandments doesn't save us from sin. Rather they serve to expose our sin. Our faith in Him produces that walk of love. His love enables us to share our relationship with God, with those around us. “Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.” Philippians 2:3-4 ESV. Love will allow us to keep the first thing first!
